Hi, I'm Emma. I'm a qualified mindfulness teacher.
Have you ever felt stressed? Overwhelmed by worldly worries? Depressed? Anxious? Constantly searching for happiness that feels just out of reach? Are you constantly stuck dwelling on the past or worrying about the future? Do you have chronic pain?
Mindfulness can help with all of the above and more.
Mindfulness is about taking the time to tune into yourself. Listening to your body and passively watching your mind. It helps you access the ability to live life moment by moment rather than dwelling on the past or in the future.
My courses teach you a tool belt of mindfulness skills and meditations in order to help you to help yourself.
