Ongoing, no long term commitment

Support for keeping up with personal practise

Socialise with others practising mindfulness

Practise meditations, group discussion, support

Best suited for those wanting a mindfulness taster or support with personal practise.

Every Wednesday Eve: 7pm – 8pm (online).

Hi, I'm Emma.  I'm a qualified mindfulness teacher.

Mindfulness is about taking the time to tune into yourself. Listening to your body and passively watching your mind. It helps you access the ability to live life moment by moment rather than dwelling on the past or in the future.
My courses teach you a tool belt of mindfulness skills and meditations in order to help you to help yourself.
