Weekly drop ins
The weekly drop in sessions are ongoing, therefore there is no "first" session. This makes them perfect for anyone wanting to "dip their toe in" and try mindfulness. Each weekly session will consist of meditation, discussion and social interaction, with a few other bits thrown in. It's a great way to keep up with your own practice, whether you are an expert or a beginner, whilst getting to know other people that are also interested in mindfulness. It's also helpful for past or present students of mine who want some extra support between sessions. There is no long term commitment. You just book and pay for the weeks you want to attend.
