Weekly drop ins

The weekly drop in sessions are held every Wednesday evening for 1 hour 7pm - 8pm (currently via zoom). They are ongoing, therefore there is no "first" session. This makes them perfect for anyone wanting to "dip their toe in" and try mindfulness. It's not a course but each session will consist of meditation, discussion and social interaction, with a few other bits thrown in. It's a great way to keep up with your own practice, whether you are an expert or a beginner, whilst getting to know other people that are also interested in mindfulness. It's also helpful for past or present students of mine who want some extra support between sessions. There is no long term commitment. You just book and pay for the weeks you want to attend.

£10 per session

"I had a stroke in February 2020 which affected me mentally. I became very depressed and suffered with anxiety. After being advised by the stroke team I decided to try Mindfulness. I was very sceptical at first but Emma put me at ease and explained everything. I did the full course and have found all the coping mechanisms that I was shown have really helped me through some difficult times. I do some meditations each day. If I find that I am falling out of routine or needing extra help, I know I can always book a one off session to get me back on track."
